Woohoo!
Well, after recent rain... The Raleigh/Garner (NC) area is no longer under Stage 2 drought conditions! We are now under stage 1!
Which means....
I CAN WASH MY CAR, AT MY HOUSE, ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS... Without the fear of a $1000 fine!!
