So I was washing my truck today when i noticed small rust circles behind the back bumper on the bed and even some on the drvs side rear door and lower tailgate, it looks like the rust is on top of the paint, I dont think this is normal, is this what they call paint oxidation. truck is still under manufaturer warranty, is this something that might be coverd or should i just get some cleaner wax then reg wax to take care of or is that just a band aid fix, any info would help

 

Like little tiny flecks of rust? White paint, I assume?
