I need some serious help to remove this mysterious paint off of my leather seats. I bought this truck used and have no idea what it is or how long its been there. Any sort of help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

my friend got into my truck right after he had one of those fake tattoos done. it was raining out and the ink ran down the leather, didn't realize it tell hours later. Anyways took it to a dealer and they bleached it out and colored it back in to the original color. looked like new!
