Waxing

How warm does it have to be to wax my truck!? Every day I get off of work that it doesnt rain, the temps have only been in the 40's. Will it work when it's that cold, or do I need to wait untill it gets warmer?

I would wait till it gets to about the 60's, of course I live in South Texas so it rarely even gets to the 40's. I think 60's are cold LOL.

I agree. I've heard wax, polish, etc work best at 70 degrees and above but 60 will work just fine.

You can do it in 50* weather, but keep in mind that you will need to allow extra time for it to dry before removal... Remember the finger swipe test (If you dont remember, search button...)

Well, it hit 40 degrees by 12:30, and I could't take it any longer, I broke out the wax and went to work! It took a while for it to dry, but I kept moving the truck around the driveway so the waxed parts were in the sun, and four hours later, I'm finished. It took a while, but it turned out good!
