Getting rid of scratches?

I took my truck on a trail that was WAY too small for my truck and got it all scratched up. Any suggestions on what I can do to get rid of the scratches? I have a few bad ones on the bed fender right next to the FX4 sticker. The worst place is on the doors where that black shiny plastic is? NOt sure what that stuff is made of, but on my FX4 its between the front window and the rear window. ANy suggestions would be appreicated. Thanks

If you can feel them with your finger nail than it's going to need to be repainted.
