3d Professional Detailing Products

Any opinions on these products? Quality, price, etc. They have a retail store down the road from me. Much more convenient than mail order.

Cool

I asked this same q? awhile back and got mixed opinions. Most of the hardcore detailers didn't have many good things to say about them.Said there are more "updated" products that are better.Well, the guy that just recently detailed my truck used some 3M products on my truck, with great results! I think if he likes to use 3M products on his show truck (paint job itself cost $8k) I think they might be ok! But,i'm not a professional detailer so my opinion probly don't count!

3D? Did you mean to hit the 'M' key?

Assuming you meant 3M.

I havn't used much of it myself. But I've seen some great results from it and used on rare cars. Have a couple friends that swear by it. I just havn't gotten around to trying their stuff. Supposed to pick up some the next time I'm at the dealership. So much stuff out there I want to try and can't afford.

I cant say anything good or bad about them really, as ive never used their products, nor do I plan on using them anytime...ever.

Just reading some of the product descriptions, it just sounds like really cheap stuff. Whats sad is there are quite a few professional detailers (some of the most popular in the area) around here that use their products. Most of them I would consider to be hacks. Makes me stop and think sometimes as im applying $85 Souveran to my customer's car. Then again, I wouldnt get half the business that I do if it wasnt for those guys.

just my 2 pennies

Nupe. Haven't tried them.

There are literally THOUSANDS of bathtub blenders out there on the market -- to me, this appears to be one of them.

They may make fantastic stuff -- let us know if you give them a whirl and what you think.
