Does anyone know the difference between the G100 and the G110?

G-100 is actually a Meguiars branded PC. It carries a lifetime warranty with the Meguiars branding and is tried and true with a great history (from what I understand)

G-110 is a new Meguiars branded DA. It only carries a 1 year warranty. It is supposed to have more power. I tried one while at Meguiars a couple of weeks ago and it seems to be a good machine. G-110 does come in a carying case that the 100 doesn't have but if you buy from ADS Rick includes a duffel bag that works great as a case.

I chose to go with a G-100 for the warranty with everything being equal for my intended use. The 110 did not seem to have anything I felt I needed. The power is just fine for me and works great for my application.

Hope it helps and one of the elders will correct or add as needed If I am missing something.

That's my understanding as well. I don't really like the look of the G110. That's kind of a minor issue though.

Thanks, does it seem lighter in weight or smaller in size?

The G-100 was built by Porter Cable for Meguiars. Im not sure who makes the G-110. I know if you do a search you will find where someone knowledgeable said that they didnt appreciate the build quality of the G-110.

Sorry man, I haven't been on in a couple of days. They are the same size and felt similar to me. Might be a slight difference but I didn't notice.

ADS is still listing G100 as available. Meguiars is phasing them out for the new G110. If interested in the G100 better move quickly. I would call Rick at ADS he would probably know better about a time line for G100 availability.
