Touch up Paint & detailing?
Touch up Paint & detailing?
Howdy Fellas, I got a quick question...whats better to do, detail then put on touch up paint, or touch up paint then detail, or during a certain step. I prolly should have asked this before I spend the last 7 hours detailing the truck, but I have a few niks in the hood, and a shopping cart scratch that need touchup paint...

T-U paint first. Allow plenty of dry time.
Reason is that you don't want to fill your nicks and such with detailing products that will keep the paint from sticking (silicones).
