The powers that be are working on making it a true sticky, it has to clear some bureaucratic processes. I posted it as a preview, so to speak. When version 2.0 is ready, it will be updated.

If you click on my link, it will download a PDF.
Ryan sent me the Word document, I converted it to PDF, and uploaded it to my website. I figured PDF would be best because more people are likely to have Adobe Reader installed than MS Word. I think this is a lot better than him having to e-mail it to everyone that asks, and this is my small contribution to the community.
