Well, there are several options, but you must first figure out the following:
Is your bumper clear coated?

Most factory chrome is cleared, but since my bumpers are painted, I havent the foggiest as to yours. Do a search to find out. (And, you might find some ideas that I havent thought of)

IF CLEARCOATED (they most likely are):
Treat EXACTLY like paint (clay them, polish them, wax them)

IF NOT CLEARED (Very unlikely to be the case):
Try any chrome polish (Adams Heavy Metal polish, NXT Insane metal polysh, etc)
Bar Keeps Friend mixed with water (slurry)
Brasso
etc.

No such product.

Adam's has two different cuts in their metal polish line (#1 & #2). They're called Metal Polish #1 and Metal Polish #2.

Heavy Metal Polish is a brand name in itself (www.heavymetalpolish.com). They have several different cuts as well -- and paste or wadding.

Other than that tidbit, the advice is dead-on.

Oops! There was definately supposed to be a new line between Adams and Heavy Metal Polish... Good catch.

I'm assuming ford's 04+ bumpers are cleared unless they're painted.
