this past weekend, i wiped my truck down 2X per day. Once in the morning after the dew dried and once in the afternoon after the truck sat under trees all day.

Yeah I was made fun of but my rig looked good.

Welcome to the OCD club
Keeping QD and glass cleaner is on the line of insanity (I know, I ride the line every day ), but you, my friend, have not just stepped over the line, or even leapt. No, You boarded a trebuchet and LAUNCHED yourself clear over the line, and landed FAR past the loonies of the 12th floor at JPS (loony bin)... But I mean that in a good way...

Sign me up. I detailed a tractor today... John Deere 5203. Wasn't able to use any of my supplies (cause I didn't know I would be detailing it), but, I made do with what limited stuff I had. Even used tire dressing on the tires and on the frame...

Looked like this:

Lord help me.
I expected this to start "Dear Barry Meguir" and have him narrating it then saying "Well Jimmy, you are car crazy, join the club" or something along those lines.

Actually, it looked a ton better. I wish I had my camera with me. I was suprised how much I could get done with a cheap Wally World buffer and some Meg's Cleaner Wax

The faded paint was on the riding mower, and it was more of an oxidized fiberglass. Cleaner wax did a good job on that too. The 5203 had some surface scratches from it's owner getting a little to close to a tree while brush hogging.
