Here is one for ya!!!

Road stripe paint, a buddy of mine has it down the side of his chevy ( I know, I know) but he's a friend.
Dried as hard as concrete, I have tried everything including laquer thinner.

any ideas? I told him it's done scuff and repaint time.

single edge razor blade, like a box blade or window scraper blade, NOT A BIC OR DISPOSABLE FACE RAZOR...shave it down as close to surface (factory clear as possible without touching it)....once as low as you can get it....wet sand it start with 800 once flat and all yellow paint gone...got to 1500 then to 2000 atleast for a final sand...then buff out the 2000 wet sand.

I was thinking of the single razor blade issue.
The small planer sounds like a neat little tool.

Thanks as always.
