Ajax powder and a belt sander. Never had any problems.

It's got flake... that said, I'd go with a quality synthetic as a first step and finish with a pure carnauba to really deepen and pull the flake out of the paint.

I **LOVE** working on the pearl color... it's a VERY rewarding color to work on!

Try Natty's White or S100, good stuff on light colors.

Thanks for the advice. I decided to go with the NXT, and i am going to put a coat of S100 on tomorrow. I am far from a professional, but with that in mind i think it turned out pretty good.

Steps:
1. Washed with gold class
2. Clayed with mothers clay kit
3. Deep crystal polish
4. NXT wax

Liquid Souveran, DP Max Wax, or Signature Series II.

Collinite Insulator Wax (#845 I believe) is great, as is Moose Wax (vanilla, cherry, or a blend of the 2 are nice), and of course, the above mentioned #26, S100, 16 (if you have it), or any GOOD quality Carnauba wax.

Looks good. (Now that you have the bug, whats next up for your shopping list? One of the G-100 Kits from ADS???)

I think Comet and an angle grinder works better.

Caddy looks good, nice work, but I hope that you took the wheels off and detailed the wheel wells and polished the inside of the wheels like 99% of the folks here would have done.

White is hard to photograph so I know that the car looks better in person. (I know b.c I am a certified professional photographer, part of my many talents)

Even that color can look very deep and dripping wet. (did I just type that?)

Obviously its time for bed in my house.

You join PPA and take their exams and submit portraits/photos for the certification.

Its part technical, part photography.

Its hard.
