Hey,

I m still unsure what to do with tires and rims.

I thought maybe it will save me some $ (not to buy new rims) to paint black gloss my Fx4 rims (2004).

Whats best process to do this ? i m guess wet sandpaper, clean it, primer then paint black gloss?

I do understand it will not STAY on it due to rocks chip etc.

I know i can get 4 rims FX4 to autobody for powdercoating but i will need to take tires off before give it to them, plus my truck will be on all floor stands and dont want anything happen to my truck w/ no tires on it.

ANy suggest/advice/feedback will be great!

What's gonna happen to the truck while on the stands? Should be perfectly fine if done properly. And you need to break down the tire no matter which route you take...
