Water spots - pics inside

I discovered these a few weeks ago and attempted to remove them with Meg's clay bar, #9, #7, and #26 applied with PC and 8006. I bought a 7006 pad and some Meg's #2 fine cut cleaner but wanted to get the expert's opionions first. Any suggestions?

The truck is filthy at the moment because it has rained every day for the past 2 weeks. I only attempted to remove the spots on the hood but ran out of time/patience before I got to the fenders. The spots are only on the horizontal surfaces of the truck.

Agree, your #7 is a pure polish...you need to go at it a little more...try #80 and use the right pad with a DA.

Do a search on Water Spots, a great thread was started about this the other day.

Here was the link to the helpful tip

I would start with #80. It might take multiple passes with the PC, just take your time and work the product correctly.

you could start with a 7006 pad, then make another pass with an 8006 .. you might get some slight micromarring from the 7006.
