Well I was just out checking tire pressures because I was bored, and I noticed cement that had been kicked up by my front right tire. I have mud guards and such but it got past them.

It is not a lot of cement, but its still cement on my paint, so I don't like it. Any ideas how I can get it off without messing up the paint?

 

Try getting, and keeping it wet for a while. Then very gently try to pry it off with your finger. If no-go, then go for a pressure washer. Do your best NOT to shoot it INTO the paint, but off.
