Wheel clear coat

I hope this is the correct place to post this. I bought a set of Lariat split spoke wheels and tires on eBay and picked them up while traveling to Miami for some work related training. I could kick myself but I didn't secure them in my work van and as it turned out, one of them was rubbing against a piece of metal. It left several (8 or10) gouges, each about 1/16" in an area of about 2"x2". It is in the painted section of the spokes.
My question is this, where can I buy tan touch up paint for the spokes? I think that I might be satisfied if I just clear coat the damaged area if I can't find the tan touch up paint.
Thanks in advance.

Duplicolor has some touch up kits, but it may not match perfectly. Auto parts stores usually have these. It's probably the color Arizona Beige. You will want to get clear over the metal, if not over the paint. Otherwise, you'll start seeign a nasty green corrosion taking olace that works its way around the rim.

Well, I bought the Arizona Beige in the spray can and touchup bottle. I also bought some clear.
I filled the gouges with the Arizona Beige from the touchup, let it dry for a week or so and then used 600 grit wet sandpaper to bring it all to the same level. I then used the Arizon Beige spray over the damaged area and faded it in to the existing paint. I then used the clear spray. It turned out great. The color is just a shade off but it looks much better than before.
The can said to rub out with compound. Maybe in a week or so I'll do that.
Thanks for your tips!
