How should I clean the headlights on my new 07 F150? Are the headlights glass or some sort of acrylic that can be damaged by windex?

I washed them today with a soapy rag, I'm just wondering if there's a better product to use.

 

Normal washing with proper technique and properly diluted car wash shampoo is the best method.

If you wish to seal the lenses and give them a bit more 'pop', I'd recommend a product called Plexus... really though, that's overkill (even for me).
