Ok so saturday is prom so Friday I am taking off of work friday early since school is out for us friday, to do a detail on my truck. I spent 2 weekends ago waxing and buffing my truck. So should I go ahead and put another good coat of wax on or just use the quick detail spray? Also I am going to pull the tires off and armorall the whole tire and scrub the inside of the rim. Is there anything outside of the normal detail that I should do? I mean vaccum, armorall,clean the glass, wash and wax, wheels and tires...what else should I do? Also what wax will give it a really glossy shiney look? I have been using McGuires California Gold and it is awesome but wondered if there was anything better?

 

Mother's California Gold... Meguiar's makes a product called 'Gold Class'.

There's always something that can raise the bar but, for what you're probably needing, the Cali Gold along with your other details are a good way to go.
