That's actually where they come in kind of handy... at the end of the arc of foam, it's generally 'sharper' to work into those crevaces to help remove some of the excess.

You'll find these things just about anywhere that car care 'stuff' is sold. I recommend the SMALL version -- the large are just too - well, large; unless you're detailing semis.

Rp - You are the man! I truly appreciate all of your advice and assistance. I will give these a try along with the other advice you provided. I really like this stuff, just want to cut down on the sling.

I don't blame you at all... Sling stinks.

I do think you can minimize it. Again, don't give up on this product just yet. It's fine if you don't like it but, let's try a few little things here and there and make sure that you don't like it before shelving it.

Alright I gave the Hyper Dressing another chance this weekend. First thing I did was ensure my bottle was set to spray a fine mist and sprayed it on the tires. I let it set for a couple of minutes and then took a tire swipe to it. Not only was I able to ensure an even distribution across the whole tire, but I was able to remove all the excess. I drove it and got absolutely no sling, and the tires look great, probably not as shiny as just letting it sit on the tires and dry. For no sling though I can live with a little less glossy shine.

If you'll let it dry rather than just sit there for a few minutes... and then hit it with the swipe, you'll find that you'll hang on to most of the pop and gloss versus pulling some of it back when you swipe it when it's wet.

Glad we've figured out your problems and that you're starting to enjoy the product. Now that you've got it on there and you're pretty much satisfied, every second day or so, lightly wipe the wall of the tire with a shop towel. This will help restore some of the luster after road dust/brake dust have had their chance to adhere to the surface.

I've gone WEEKS (yes, plural) and the tires have looked VERY good all the way through....
