Shouldn't need more than a wash mit during your normal truck wash, and a towel and window cleaner after the fact. any polishes will likely scratch it very quickly and badly.

My Harley grill gets cleaned while washing the truck and every once in a while I will through some wax on it.

A friendly word of advice -- don't use metal polish on plastichrome. Trust me.

Metal polish is fairly abrasive -- it has to be to remove 'metal' in order to make it pop.

The plastichrome isn't metal.

Treat it like paint at the worst and use your choice of wax on it... no chrome polish... no metal polish.

Alot of times Windex is called for in chrome, but plastic? Couldn't hurt, turns out nice too.

Ammonia free glass cleaner seems to work well for me also. I use it on my HD Grille, LT handles, and a variety of other shiny places
