Rust Spot on Bumper

How would I remove a rust spot on my bumper. Should I try steel wool or sanding it.

Unfortunately it will keep on rusting unless you cover it up with something. I would get a brass bristled brush, go at ic carefully using wd40 to help, and then get some chrome paint and cover up the bare spot. Thats the best way I can think of. Just be sure you get all the rust out since it's like bacteria. Anything left in there will start it rusting again.

Thanks I'll try that, I have some brass brushes from cleaning my pistol so all I need is some chrome paint now.
