Hard water spots on headlight covers.

Hey all,

Anyone ever try the Meguiars plastic cleaner and polish, in an effort to remove water spots from the plastic headlight covers?

Water spots came on the new rig, when I bought it in Idaho. I finally got some time this weekend to wash, clay, two applications of Meguiars #83, to get rid of water spots on the paint, and wax. Damn that was a lot of work. Wouldn't ya know it, 2 inches of snow on the ground this morning. So much for the hard work. At least I won't have to polish for a long time.

Anyway, now I have to figure out how to get the water spots off the lenses.

Thanks

Hmm.. Think it is safe on plastic and does it work on spots already etched in?

Thanks for the link.
