>>>Yes, I saw the truck at the beginning of the thread, is it yours?<<<

No it's not my truck, but I wish it was.
That thing would shine in the dark.

Would you happen to know the best place (price wise) for Wolfgang?
I've looked on eBay to no avail. They do have some WG,
but only in kit form. I just would like the sealant.

Thanks for the info on all counts. Appreciate it.

I looked around for you, and the only place I can find that has it is Autogeek. They have a nice little kit that has the sealant, mf towel, mf applicator, and spritz sealant (detail spray).

Also something esle to keep in mind, I like to apply sealants using a PC with a finishing pad, on slow speed. This applies a nice, thin, even coat. DO NOT use too much. A little goes a very long way. Aside from proper application, I also find that letting it sit on the paint after application for at *least* 30 minutes, provides a better job too. Just be sure you are in a cool, dry, shady area.

Hope this helps.

I have the Edge/Adams double sided pads. I think the white pad is the finishing pad. I'm not sure about that though. I haven't used them yet.

Being I have black and chrome the WG should make the shine outragous. I also have a lot of Megs #20 left over from last year. That being the case, I believe I will do a side by side. I think I already know who will be the winner though.

I also have some of the S100 I want to apply after the sealant. If I can get my truck looking like that maroon one above, I'll be most happy.

How long do you think I should wait before applying the wax after using the WG sealant?

Thanks again.

The general rule of thumb for just about every sealant out there ranges from 12 to 24 hours... your environmental conditions can accelerate or slow the 'setting up' process.
