Megs Detailer Products
Yes and no IMO. For instance, with the detailer line, you dilute a lot (something like 400:1 for the hyper wash). So, if you have a way for exacting measurements, and don't mind transferring the diluted products into a smaller container for use, than most (if not all of them are great.) But, (at least where I live) they're only availible by internet, so I have to wait for them to come in, whereas the ease of use of the professional or "A" lines comes in the fact that I can go to Wally World or Autozone to pick up some more.
As for the perspective of product quality, Hyper shine beats any other tire gloss I've seen... and you have a choice (by dilution ratio) of how shiny/matte you want the look to be. So, basically, you have more control, but if you buy a product you don't like, you're stuck with between 32oz and a gallon of it...

f150sport is correct... there are pros and cons.
My favorite product in the entire Meguiar's line (G/D/A/etc) is Hyper Dressing. It is easily the most versatile dressing that I've ever used with great success. While dilutable dressings aren't a new thing (Pro has been making one for years) it is new for Meg's.
It's like anything else... there are great products (Hyper Dressing) and then there are lack-luster 'bulk' type of products (Shampoo Plus). There are products that are designed for huge volume detailers/dealerships (Hyper Wash with a 400:1 ratio -- which is *NoT* for an average home user) and then there are products like Last Touch Detailer spray which is average (definitely not my favorite though).
Most all of the 'bulk' detailing equipment/sales lines carry what Meg's carries with the exception of the 400:1 soap (which, again, is silly IMO). Glass Cleaner Concentrate is pretty decent (I still like Stoners IG and NXT Glass Cleaner better) as is Body Solvent (it smells so good)...
The difference with the D-line of products is that to try, you must buy. ADS does offer a smaller volume for sale versus buying it by the gallon (which is the minimum volume for every D-line product (minus D-46 Accent Dressing)).
Was there a particular chemical that you were looking for in bulk? I've used almost every D-Line product from Megs. I'd be happy to give you an opinion on an individual product or twelve -- just ask. My opinion is just that though -- an opinion. Some may hate the products that I love... and vice-versa. I will tell you that I've tried out a lot of other products out there on the market outside of Meg's but, not so many of them are available in bulk like the D-line...
