What do you think about sonus pads?

I want to order a kit of pads for my PC do you recomend this kit?

They're respected in the industry but, I'd have to say that I don't know a whole lot about them...

Looking at the kit... do you need a backing plate and such? If not, it may make more sense to just buy pads...

Also, I'm not a huge fan of bonnets on a machine -- if you do go with the bonnets for removal of products, make certain that your bonnet isn't loading up and thus, micromarring your paint. It works great by theory but, it just takes one tiny screw up (read: a grain of sand or similar) stuck on the pad to induce uberhell on your paint.

I've used them in the past... and will probably use them on occasion in the future... my message: be careful if you do use the bonnets.

Have you considered EDGE-2000 pads? While they are more expensive, they're double sided. They need an adapter also. I've used 'em and they work great.

Pak Shak, over in Honolulu has a special going on right now that includes 4 pads and the adapter...Edge 2000 6 inch Foam DA Polisher Kit
