I love having a white truck
I love having a white truck
It all just pays off once you get it to shine!
I used:
Meguiars Gold Class Shampoo
Meguiars Natural Shine
Mothers California Gold Carnuba Wax
Meguiars Endurance
Eagle One Polish

Used Endurance on the tires, they are cleaned, shined and reflecting the world around them.

Sorry, I know the pictures are not the best. It is really beginning to get time to get a new camera.

Looks good. White is a pleasure to work with for the most part. The expectations are always a bit lower for some reason so, when you step up to the plate with work like that, it's exceedingly easy to amaze...
Great job...

Thanks guys
I know a lot of people have a hard time with white but just like any color paint. Your results will always reflect your preperations. A couple of weeks back I clayed my truck, used Medallion Paint Cleaner, polished with #7 and just topped it with Meguiars NXT.
This time it was just a wash and wax but this time with a carnuba wax instead of a synthetic. I always get a better shine on my truck with a carnuba then with a synthetic. During Spring/Fall I'll use both, 24 hours apart but with the heat I just want to get the job done and get on with life.
My tips to others with white vehicles are very simple. Proper paint preperation and either just carnuba wax or synthetic followed up 24 hours later (after it sets) with carnuba.

I'm guarding my two bottles with my life
I also have a bottle of MPPP, but do not use it very often.

The only thing that really eats at me about my truck is the white trim. It has the shiny gold strip but the white part is overly discolored. I'm not the original owner and have no clue what he did, or didn't do. It's worse then any kind of sap or anything I've encountered. I've used every product I can think of with no results.
I think in the end though, the only solution is to take them to a body shop and have them repainted.

yeah i love my white as well. i have a question tho.
why do most people use a carnuba over the synthetic wax? y not just use the carnuba then,
no? i usually claybar 2x a year and carnuba 4- 5 times a year. i also like meguiers cleaner wax.
