removeing dog scratch marks on paint

I need some tips on how to buff out some claw marks my shepard put in my truck. The marks appear to just be in the clear coat. Also I would like to remove the little protective piece on the rear fender flares before the wheel, i have already removed the actual piece but i got the sticky adhesive steal up there
thanks ahead

If it's just in the clear, a Dual Action polisher with the right pads/compounds might get the job done. If they are deeper (and still only in the clear), a rotary buffer will probably need to be used but by a professional. Sorry there are no miracle products out there.

Just do a little searching and you should find some good info. Type in, "Scratch" and/or "DA" and or "PC" and/or "Scratch X" and combinations of them. Also, you can just browse that pages that are up without searching. Also, I am sure some people will chime in soon and ask for pictures so you might want to start snapping a few and get them up for mor detailed tips.
