Nope, not on the hood, but the roof rain gutters there, you can see it cracking pretty bad in a small spot. It has been that way for 5 years and really hasn't gotten worse. On the hood, different story, you can see that and that'll **** you off I'm sure. That should be able to be water sanded and high speed polished out by a body shop for not too much $$$.
I keep the truck wax and buffed often for that reason. You can't see it unless you know what your looking for. I just noticed sunday some cracks on my fender also. If it gets to bad I'll just put a Cowl Induction hood on and have the thing repainted.
all of the clear coat on my front bumper peeled off the other day when I washed it, and that was just with a regular garden hose. Once I got it all off it doesn't look too bad, but now I have to worry about it messing up the paint.
I had cracks on the hood, roof, driver's fender, door and both sides of the bed. Getting the whole thing painted as we speak

Now that you mention it Jason, I have a small spot of cracking, like a circle about .5" in diameter or so, but again like the roof, it comes and doesn't get bigger so WTF? Also, I notice because I look for it, others just notice my chipped windshield and the spot on my fender where a stone hit- still pist at that one.
My '98 F-150 started showing tiny "spider" cracks on the hood, fenders and doors about a year ago. My local dealership told me it is called "crazing", and it is pretty common, especially in black paint. Unfortunately, the only way to fix it right is strip it down to bare metal, and start over from scratch. They also told that if they had seen it when I had the door crack problem fixed under warranty about 8 months earlier, they could have fixed the entire paint job under warranty. But, as luck would have it, I was now out of the warranty mileage, AND OUT OF LUCK.
