Mud in Foglight...HELP

My foglights quit working awhile back so I finally decided to see why. Well, both lights were slap full of mud. I washed the mud out the best that I can but cant get it all off of the inside lense. I just cant reach in there with anything. Any suggestions?

Remove the entire assembly and wash it out in the sink...

On my last truck, I had both of them off of my truck and full of water to try to determine where they were leaking... once located, I hit it with silicone sealant, dried them out the best I could with a towel on a stick (pencil), and then used a hair drier to finish the task. Allow them to sit overnight before reinstalling so that any tiny amount would be allowed to evaporate...
