I'm not really concerned about these things, just curious. Granted the peeling clear coat is kind of ghey after spending practically $20K on a truck, but anyways..........

Rear bump (chrome) has what looks like some overspray or something on the passengers side.
Door jamb of drivers side rear door (Supercab), the clear coat is peeling, flaking off, as well as around the corner of the bed on same side, up at the top, in teh "corner".

Not sure if this means it's been painted around those spots, or just factory mistakes.
The truck was originally owned in Alberta, driven to Ohio, then driven to Alaska, so most of the 39K miles on it when I bought were highway miles.
The door has the sticker in tact etc... so I would assume it hasn't ben repainted. Also it's an EXACT match, every thing is perfect (other than the clear coat), which it's hard or ner "impossible" to get it as good as factory paint.
The bed hasn't been fixed either based on what a buddy (long time bodyman/painter 20+ years) said.
The overspray on the bumper is the only thing that would make me thing somethign has been painted, but it could be something else "embedded" into the chrome.
BTW, the carfax for this truck is very detailed, and there is nothing about an accidents or work done it to.

and just to restate - I am not complaining or worried, just curious as to what others think.
Guess I should mention I just bought it last month. Thing is like new inside and out otherwise.
