Freshly cleaned Truck! And product reviews

I bought this 03 F150 about 2weeks ago. I sold my other 03 back in early 2004 for a mustang and missed it after the first week of driving that small tin can. Finally stopped raining so i cleaned out the interior and cleaned the exterior + wax

Interior -

Kit of 3 Meguiar's Wipes <-- Im sorry Meguiar i love your products but these SUCK. The All purpose cleaner whipes were good for cleaning up dirt off my dash. But the Protecant Wipes are still the same as they were when i tried them a year ago. Way to saturated in solution. Leaves your dash Sticky and looks smeared

Meguiar - Quik Interior Detailer <-- Now we're talking..... After my dash was sticky and looked like crap, i sprayed this baby all over my dash and wiped it off with a cheap microfiber towel i bought from advanced auto parts..... Now it smells even better and looks wonderful. Thanks RP for introducing me to this little number

Invisible Glass Cleaner <-- Wowza, I love Stoner's invisible glass cleaner. it made my glass so clear while parked a bird smacked right into it.... really this happend My only gripe about this product is that its in an Aresol can, While thats a good thing..... while spraying the glass cleaner on your window it foams up way to much. but whatcha gonna do. i still like it

Pop-up Glass Cleaning wipes <-- its just as easy to use a microfiber towel but if youre not into that these are perfect. They dont leave lint on your windows(though sometimes i find it does but usualy not) and it wont scratch your windows. its so soft id almost use it as toilet paper for my pampered butt

Exterior -

Meguiar's Gold Class Shampoo <-- i know alot of us use this product. so i dont need to go into detail, its fantastic

Meguiar's bug and tar wipes <-- This is the only real useful wipe meguiar makes besides the Glass cleaning wipes. I was amazed how easy tar, bugs.... and somehow, Chewing gum..... came off my truck. oh meguiar bug and tar wipes, how i love thee

Meguiar's Chenille Wash Mitt <-- ive tried alot of wash mitt's and this is by far the best one ive tried yet. Unlike my other mitt's. i didnt end up having white pieces of cotton all over my truck.

Big Blue Towel <-- i know alot of you use this as well, it amazes me how i can dry my entire truck with 1 towel and without scratching it up!

Rain Clear Glass Cleaner <-- well i didnt really get to clean my windows today but i did try this on my drivers side window and back window.... and um yea it sucks. Not sure if it really repells rain or not, but it smeared real bad and just doesnt do as good of a job as stoners

Meguiar's NXT Tech Wax <-- Oh baby Oh baby Oh BABY!!!! Thank you RP for getting us together. To be honest with you all ive never really waxed before *GASP* So this was my first time and i found this product extremely simple to use(also was given pointers from RP) My truck looks so much better than it did after being washed. It went on easy, wiped off easy. I also used Meguiar's Even-Coat Applicator and Meguiar's Supreme Shine Microfiber

Thats my review of some of the products i used today. i hope SOME of it was useful, probably not so i hope i burned some time for you all and now on to the truck pics!

thanks guys. i spent over 5 hours detailing the interior and cleaning the exterior. Here's a question for you guys though, Looks like last nite it sprinkled outside so i have some water spots on my freshly waxed Red beauty. I want to put a second coat of wax on tonight. SO, when it gets darker can i just start putting a second coat on and the spots will buff out when im waxing? Or do i need to wet her down, dry it and then wax??

Edit: Re-washed the truck thankfully RP was on to tell me what to do cant wait till the sun goes down so i can put on that second coat of wax!
