Anything else besides the leather that needs to be cleaned?

You can get lexol at pepboys that works pretty well. Depending on how dirty the leather is it might need more than one application.

Lexol CONDITIONER is great stuff but, I'm not so fond of the pH Balanced Cleaner (the cleaner is in an orange bottle, the conditioner is in a brown bottle).

If the leather is heavily soiled, you may want to consider going with a separate leather cleaner and then a conditioner. As for cleaners (and, for that case, conditioners), the Meguiar's Rich Leather Aloe Cleaner and the RLA Conditioner are a GREAT duo.

Rich Leather Aloe Cleaner and the Conditioner are regularly used on my King Ranch... as is Lexol Conditioner.

In that case, my typical plan of action is a hot 100% cotton wash cloth... use it across the leather to remove the surficial 'gunk'. From there, immediately go to conditioner (but, if the terry is really dirty after the wipe down, I'd recommend going to cleaner).
