I finally did it.

I finally went and did it. After reading all your posts about clay bars I had to see what all the hipe was all about. I washed and dried the baby. Used Mig clay bar with quick detailer kit. Wash and dried the baby again, then put on a coat of Mig color X. I followed your posted instructions to the letter and WOW.... I'm glad I did. The wife thinks I nuts, but what else is new. I now have a mirror finish and smooth as a babies ***. The only draw back is, I now have to drive it and get it dirty again. O well.........

I was the same way, then I finally decided to try the clay bar everyone was talking about and wow, the results were amazing.

How long did it take to do the clay? I have the kit and plan on testing it out on the wifes car first.
