When you look at my truck at night you can see light scratches I was wondering the best product to use to remove them I dont have any type of buffer it will all be done by hand, also any hints or tips on the best way to apply and remove would be helpful. I have a white 04 FX4 about two months ago there was a chemical release where I work after having my truck cleaned I have really paid attention to the paint to make sure it all was removed and the more I look at those scratches I want to try to remove them.
I would start with a Meguiars product called Scratch-X. This is the most common product that you will be refered to because it works wonders. Just put a dab of the scratch-x on an applicator pad, rubb it in really good. Scratch-X does not require a circular motion and does not need to dry before removing. After rubbing the product into the scratch, go ahead and wipe it off.
If the scratch is still there, reapply 2 - 3 times. If the scratch is not gone, I'm sure the guys know a more agressive product to refer you to.

While S-X is a great product, it's going to be difficult to work with over the entire area of your vehicle IMO... I'd first try a product called Color-X from Meguiar's. This product should deal with your slight scratches (however, sight unseen, it's tough to make a recommendation).
Are you sure that they're clay marks?
Are they straight-line?

It is hard to describe they are not straight more of a spider web effect that you can only see when the light is just right and you look at a certain angle. No I am not sure if they are clay marks I dont know what caused them.

You just have spider-webbing, everyone gets it. It's just from regular wear and tear on your vehicles paint. There are quite a few products on the market that will either help remove the webbing or just mask it.
What kind of products do you already have?

That's the thing I am new to all this and would like to find a product to help remove the spider webs and need some advice on how to properly use the products. I have some Merguiars Paint cleaner and some Mothers Wax.

JT, let me first appoligize for taking so long to get back to you. My best recommendation to you is grab the Meguiars 3 step system (Deep Crystal) that you will see in automotive chains. You can either top it with the wax that goes with the 3 step system or any others that might interest you. I'd recommend using the NXT wax by Meguiars to top it all off.
Heres the process I would recommend to you
1.) Wash your truck with a good automotive wash such as Meguiars NXT or Gold Class Shampoo
2.) Clay your truck, it will help remove all the contaminants on your trucks paint. This will make your paint feel as smooth as glass.
3.) Deep Crystal Step #1 (Paint Cleaner), this will remove light oxydation and light swirls that you will find in your paint.
4.) Deep Crystal Step #2 (Polish), this product will also remove light swirls and webbing in your paint and help inrich it's color.
5.) Meguiars NXT Wax, I'd probably recommend two coats of wax seperated by about 12 - 24 hours.
