what is the best stuff to get scratches out????

 

Abrasive polish.

 

I've used Kit Scratch Remover in the past and it worked good. It's inexpensive and did the job. Don't know if it's recommended for clear coat, might say on the bottle. Should be easy to find just about anywhere It's been around a long time. Don't know what these guys here would think about it but it worked for me.
