Ive started to notice that I am getting some light spots in my clearcoat. They arent like bubbles, but little cirlces of lighter areas around the hood mostly. Has anyone else got these? I'm probably going to have to keep the truck for a few more years and I really dont want oxidation or anything like that to occur or to have any noticible blems. I wash it frequently, every two weeks or so on average. Will they turn into anything more? I know I'm probably not going to get dark trucks anymore.... look good when clean, look really bad when dirty....

Your truck is pretty new (02?) so, I'm not sure what could be going on here. Even under the worst circumstances (and you're not far from them in CA), I wouldn't expect clearcoat failure or any serious oxidation to have occured.

Can you take some pictures of what you're describing?
