New Meguiars.com coming

I was just noticing that the Meguiars website will be down for the next 24 hours once 8AM Pacific Time hits. Did some research on there site and noticed that an all new, firefox/netscape compatible, website was going to be put up. I can't wait, I hate having to switch to IE everytime I want to surf Meguiars.com. Hopefully, they will have all the new products integrated with the old ones when you go to shop.

I'm kind of hoping that there will be a few more Gold Class Accessoies added too. I had read something about their being a Gold Class Sprayer Nozzle for the hose coming out soon.

Cool... I dont usually shop meguiars.com but I did get a free sample of the Quick Suds Car Wash Strips about a year ago from their web site. I wonder if they will ever have more free samples available online. Hope so.

Hey, how did those strips work? I saw them in Target the other day and it made me curious. I can not see myself ever needing them but it is a good idea.

It's about time... that site is a MAJOR pain in the butt to navigate... especially if you're doing a 'search'.

To search, you have to know the 'Meguiar's numbers' to get anywhere... Special thanks to Mr. Meguiar's daughter for a horrible surfing experience on meguiars.com. Maybe she'll clean it up.

She's, ultimately, in charge of it.

Well it turned out to be no big deal. They did not even seem to fix the firefox problem, all they did was add a non-flash page. They still have not even integrated all of their new NXT and other 2005 products into their main shopping site.

No real reason to be down for 24 hours, but I guess they did what they needed to do.

I'm pretty disappointed

Good news!

Meguiars.com now has a redesign that makes it look about a million times better. I'm going to mess around with it, see how I like it
