Thanks!

I'm new to the board but have been referencing the detailing forum for awhile. I wanted to say thanks for all the great information on using clay. I did it last weekend and my 04 Screw looks great. I bought it in December 04 and the NE Ohio winters have been killing me! The truck is now white instead of white with red dots. The best way I can describe it after clay is it just looks clean. I'll post pics as soon as I figure out how.

Welcome to the site!

Claying is one of my favorite steps in detailing my vehicles! Glad to hear it worked well for you.

Yep -- in my opinion, claying is the most important difference between an outstanding detail job, and one that looks like it was done by your brother-in-law, a bottle of Turtle Wax, and a 12-pack of Old Milwaukee!

Thanks for the welcome. This is a great site. All the detailed pics of different mods are helpful in making purchase decisions. Carolina Classic Trucks ought to pay Javelin389 a commission, I bought the same Catch Alls based upon the pics he posted.
