It's all a matter of Personal preference. They are the same product.

 

no difference in results, but application is a bit diff between the 2. having used them both recently, i have noticed that with the paste u seem to get a thicker application than with the liquid. based on the paste being a denser product,it's a bit harder to spread evenly. the liquid spead alot easier and went on thinner. IMO... paste should be used if you plan on removing it with a buffer/polisher. as the liquid should be used for hand removal. either way u get great results!!! . remember (just my opinion)...
