Window Tight

hey folks i have a 1998 f-150 and ever since i have owned the truck the passenger side power window has been "tight" it will only come down freely a couple of inches then really gets tight and if you hold the button down it will eventually crawl its way down until it hits a smooth place when it is almost all of the way down. Same thing goin back up. Ford "fixed" it one time when it was under warranty but then low and behold it stopped working correctly once it was out of warranty. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to fix this?

When Ford fixed it the first time when i got my truck back it had a very strong smell much like PB Nut Blaster/Buster. I dont know if they just lubed something up good inside the door or what.

I had a friend that had a 93 mustang, and he head the same problem. He took it to a shop and they told him to was the window. That's what they were going to do. He went hom and found a good wax and waxed the inside and outside of the window. It worked really well, but he had to redo it once every 3-4 months.
