Ok, so I bought this jacket. I love this jacket. Black microfiber suade like leather collar jacket. It's like that Sienfeld episode, except my jacket doesn't have the pink stripe lining. Anywho, I love this jacket. After about a week of commuting, I noticed dark spots where my elbows are located. Must be some dye or something rubbing off. Jacket's fine, interior isn't. Finally bust out the trusty 'ol softsrub yesterday... didn't phase it. Uh-oh. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser time... no-good. My jacket has permanantly stained my door and rubber-ish material on the center console cupholders... WTF?! It came right off the leather cover on the storage bin!
Anything else going to get this stuff off? I'm ready to call the dealer and ask how the hell a jacket was able to permanantly mar my beautiful interior... Not a happy camper.. but I still love this jacket.

sounds like if it is a dye, it ain't coming off man! either that, or you wore the color off the interior parts. it happened to my wife's expy. i was srcubbing it to much and wore off the gray paint from the rubber pieces inside the cab! that might be the case. Willie
You buy that jacket from Wilson's leather? A girlfriend of mine ruined the leather driver's seat of her truck with a brand new black leather/suede jacket. She called Wilson's, explained the problem, and they bought her a new seat cover to replace the stained one.
Call the jacket's manufacturer, not the car's. It's not Ford's fault the jacket bled color on your panels.
Good luck!
