Removing dried cement from paint

NEED HELP!
There's a thin film of dried concrete on on the lower half of my truck ! Clay worked OK on the smooth paint, WD-40 worked on the plastic mouldings but not on the paint.

Here's a pic (paste it in your browser):

CLR, vinegar, muriatic acid are my next options, but I don't know if they'll damage the paint.

Any ideas?

Might I suggest Vinegar (full strength). My ex-girlfriend used to work in a cement plant. Her car used to be coated with cement from parking in the plant. I used to wash her car with vinegar to remove the cement. It may take a while to wash the truck, and your driveway will smell like a fresh summer's eve, but it works!
