Dried egg on paint!!!!!

yes, some little ba$tards were out last night egging the cars in the neighbourhood.

I had to scrub the window pretty hard with the squeegee this morning (so I could actually see out of it) so I'm a little concerned how much abrasion I will need to lift this dried egg off the paint.

Should I think chemicals to lift this?

Never had to deal with it before but I would think that if every couple minutes if you sprayed it with water to rehydrate it, it would come off fairly easy. Good luck!

Depending on how good your wax base is, a really warm- even hot water will float it right off. However, it will also float off the remaining wax base, so you'll have to replenish it as well. Just hope the egg shell didnt go through and gouge your paint...

Florida - 150 hit the nail on the head. Keep the area very wet and it will slowly wash away. Warm or cool water will work. I know this because I use to be one of those little ba$tards. We use to stick lunch meat on peoples windows and after it would dried in the hot Texas sun it was damn near impossible to get off useless you knew the little trick of really getting it super wet again. AHhhh the wonders of a misspent youth.
