What is the PC pad of choice?

I have now had the PC now for about 3 or 4 weeks. I have been using the Lake Country pads.

I was wondering what pads you guys use?

It may come as a huge suprise to you but, I use Meguiar's pads however; I must admit that I'm interested in trying some of the Lake pads.

Meg's pads.....hmmmm, I would have never guessed

Last weekend, I tried an orange Lake Country and #9 for the first time. I was really impressed with the #9 on the wife's Expy. I am going to re-do my truck with the #9 / #7 / #26 combo to try and get rid of the swirls.

I have some #80 on the way that I want to try out on my sisters car.....which I need to order another pad for. I was thinking on trying another brand.

I bet that #80 and a W-8000 pad would work wonders... LOL!

The #80 works great with the Meguiar's Polishing pad (W-8000) with the PC set at 4.5 - 5. Follow that with a coat of NXT applied with the Finishing pad (W-9000) with the PC set to around 3, and you will be very pleased.

I'm sure the the comparable LC pads will also work great, as I've also heard great things about them.

To be honest, the pads I really want to try are the Sonus pads, and maybe the new Edge quick disconnect pads.
