Cool truck painted

WAS THINKING ABOUT GETTING MY 97 F-150 RE-PAINTED MAYBE NEXT SPRING. WHEN I GO TO A SHOP WHAT ARE SOME OF THE THINGS I SHOULD ASK ABOUT OR BE CONCERNED ABOUT? WHAT CAN I EXPECT TO HAPPEN WITH A QUALITY PAINT JOB? IT IS MAROON NOW AND I WILL PROBABLY GO BACK WITH A SIMILAR COLOR. MAYBE JUST ADD SOME FLAKE IN IT. ANY HELP ON THIS MATTER WOULD BE GRATEFUL.
THANKS, DENMAN.............

One of the main things that I, personally, would check on is the experience of the painter. In short, how long has he been waving a paint gun around.

Also, I'd check with the local Better Business Bureau concerning the short list of shops that you have chosen. I know that the BBB has agendas however; they do log a lot of customer complaints. I think just about anywhere that you check will have some but, the lesser body shop will probably have a longer list of problems.

Another option is to check with an insurance agent in your immediate area to see what they have to say about the shops around the area as they are dealing with them on a daily basis.

GOOD LUCK!

What he said-and just snoop around in the parking lot looking at some cars they have painted to see how good they are.
