For the captains chairs:
The surfaces of the seat bottom that face up are leather (the front and sides of the seat bottom are vinyl). The surfaces of the seat back that face forward (where your back touches) are leather (the sides are vinyl). I believe the headrests are covered in vinyl.
On the Lariat SuperCrew back seats, just the rectangular "inserts" where your bottom and lower back touch are leather. The rest is vinyl.
