I was wondering if any could recomend a a cleaner like armorall that wouldn't be slippery? I need it not only for the interior of my truck, but really for the plastic running boards. Any sugestions?

Armorall, by most accounts, isn't a cleaner but more of a protectant that offers luster (the slippery part) as well.

My suggestion would to be to run to your local Wal-Mart and pick up a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. I utilized one of these recently on my vinyl running boards and it works GrEaT! Mind you, I would still recommend putting some sort of protectant over the top so that you have some sort of UV protection to protect against fading and such but, for simple cleaning, the ME is a great product.

Unfortunately, most all of the 'protectants' that I've utilized still have some sort of 'slippery' component.

Aerospace 303 protectant isn't slippery at all and is supposedly a really good protectant. I've only had it on my truck for a couple of weeks so I can't say how good it is with any certainty!

Just wanted to thnaks eferyone for the advice on 303. I finally found some, expensive stuff at $20 a bottle! But it works pretty good, its not totally non slip, but close enough, to use on my running boards, and boy did they need it! They sucked it right up, and now look great for the first time in a long time!

Thanks Again!
