Ok here's how to do it. Go to your gallery and click on the picture you want to post on the boards. Under the picture on the right you will see where it says forum codes. Click on that. That will give you 2 options. One is to post the thumbnail pic and the other is to post the full size pic. The one you want will look like this without the spaces inside the brackets.

If you only wanted to show the thumbnail size, use the one on the bottom that says (your file)thumb.jpg[/img] at the end.

Highlight the whole string and right click and select copy. Then come to the thread you want to post the pic into and then right click and select paste. Then type anything else you want to type in the post like you normally would.

Also if you want to use a link instead of the actual picture, open your gallery and open up the full size of the pic you want. Then highlight the address bar and right click and select copy. Go the the post and right click and select paste.
