Question Red Carpet Lease and WearCare???

I all. I have a 2001 ranger I am returning to the dealer next week.

I have wear care that cost me 400.00 at lease inception.

has anyone had any trouble returning a leased vehicle and walking away and then the dealer picks the vehicle apart looking for "chargable items"?

according to the wear care ammendum it covers up to 2500.00 in excess wear and tear if the vehicle is within the miles. (29,000 miles on it!!!) also do they refund the milage if it's under the 36,000 miles?

TIA

I bought back the lease, the dealer looked at it but didn't pick it apart. the wearcare saved me 200.00 out of pocket (for dings and such.)
